Suggested Use:

Fill the dropper with the desired serving size and squeeze under the tongue to let the oil absorb. Best to wait 30 seconds to 1 minute before swallowing the liquid. Wait three hours after initial (first time) use to see how the strength level may affect you.  Choose your strength and amount according to your personal needs.
