How to Dose Cannabis Edibles

Cannabis are becoming incredibly popular these days.

But eating cannabis can also be tricky. If you’re wondering about how to dose edibles for a great high, keep on reading. Below you will find a simple guide to help you understand how cannabis edibles work and how to get the right dose.

When you inhale cannabis, it is quickly absorbed into your bloodstream and you feel the effects within minutes. Edibles can take up to 2 hours to feel the full effects because they have to be digested before the THC is metabolized and enters your bloodstream. Edibles are much more potent than smoking or vaping. Start with a low dose—5 mg or less of THC and see how you feel. You can always eat more, but you can’t undo a too-strong high. A full stomach will slow down the absorption of THC, while alcohol can make the effects more intense.

Edibles are a great way to enjoy the benefits of cannabis without smoking.

But it’s important to start low and go slow to avoid an unpleasant experience. Remember, it is impossible to overdose on cannabis, but it is possible to have an unpleasant experience if you consume too much.
